Description
Slightly oversized large pulley wheel for National Geographic rock tumbler. Addresses the smaller diameter stock wheel that leaves the belt too loose and causes damage to the belt and pullies.
By request, adding a replacement for the small drive pulley as well. The small pulley has a set screw to affix it to the drive shaft which requires a 1.5mm hex key to tighten.
To install, pull off the original pulley, and push this one into place. Should require a little force but not too much. For the big pulley, make sure you get the flat on the shaft lined up with the flat in the hole in the new pulley. For the small pulley, push the pulley into place and then lightly tighten the 1.5mm hex set screw. There is no need to overtighten, just lightly tightened is sufficient.
