So we worked together to come up with these spacers to go under the stem and keep the bars from dropping. He's ridden them and confirmed it fixes the issue, so if you've got a Wahoo Kickr bike and are suffering from the creeping handlebars, this might be for you.

The set comes with a top spacer that has to be installed first that fills the gap under the stem and transitions to the D shaped steerer tube. It also comes with 2x20mm spacers, 2x10mm spacers, 1x5mm spacer and 2x2mm spacers so you can hit any height up to the 60mm maximum marked on the steerer tube.

Note that in the photos there is a step in size from the top two spacers to the ones underneath, which was because these were prototypes. Sizes will match in all the supplied spacers.

To install, simply undo the quick release, pull the handlebar assembly out, and put the spacers onto the D-shaped steerer tube, starting with the transition spacer. Once you've got the right amount, reinstall and clamp down the quick release, knowing that you now don't have to clamp it down nearly as hard to get it to stay put.
